Biography

Gabriel Olila brings over 15 years of expertise in international development, having worked with several international NGOs, including the United Nations. As the Global Social Protection Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), Gabriel collaborated closely with the Social Protection team to advance policy efforts, monitor global projects, identify forthcoming results, and develop impactful outreach strategies.

In addition to his managerial roles, Gabriel has consulted for various United Nations agencies on critical issues such as taxation, social protection, climate change adaptation, recovery finance, and economic development. His deep expertise in policy implementation and economic strategies has enabled him to contribute significantly to global development initiatives.
